Cloud Staking Quiz Studio 由 Cloud Staking ApS（CVR 41405244）營運。本政策適用於網站、測驗、結果卡、本機個人檔案、歷史及聯絡功能，並為包括香港使用者在內的國際讀者提供英文及繁體中文內容。
目前版本主要在你的瀏覽器內運作，不會自動把個人檔案、答案或歷史上傳至我們的伺服器。
2. 你在裝置輸入的資料
資料可能包括顯示名稱、選填電郵、測驗答案、結果類型、答案分佈、完成日期，以及聯絡表格中的姓名、電郵、主題及訊息。
3. 本機個人檔案及歷史
個人檔案、答案及歷史使用 localStorage 保存在目前瀏覽器。它們不是雲端帳戶，不設密碼重設、伺服器備份或跨裝置同步。你可在個人檔案頁面或瀏覽器設定中刪除。
4. 聯絡表格及電郵
表格只會在預設電郵應用程式準備訊息，你確認傳送後才會送出。網站可保存最多五個本機草稿。實際電郵送出後，我們會處理寄件人資料、內容、附件及傳送資料以回覆和保存適當記錄。
5. 技術及託管資料
實際託管或安全供應商可能記錄 IP 地址、瀏覽器、裝置、頁面請求、時間、狀態及錯誤或安全日誌，用於傳送、排錯、防止濫用及維持可靠性。
6. 目的及法律依據
資料用於提供功能、保存必要設定、回覆訊息、維護安全、防止濫用、履行法律義務及處理法律申索。依情況可能基於使用者要求的服務、同意、合法利益或法律義務。
7. 分享及跨境處理
我們不出售個人資料。託管、電郵、安全及專業供應商只在必要範圍處理資料。由於營運者位於丹麥，你主動傳送的資料可能在丹麥、歐洲經濟區或供應商所在地處理，並按適用法律採取保障。
8. 保存期限
- 本機檔案及歷史保留至你刪除或清除瀏覽器資料；
- 歷史最多 24 條，草稿最多 5 條；
- 電郵通常保留至查詢完成，之後只在業務、爭議或法律需要期間保存；
- 技術日誌按合理安全及營運期限保存。
9. 安全
我們採取與網站風險相稱的合理技術及組織措施，但任何系統均不能保證絕對安全。請保護裝置、瀏覽器及電郵帳戶，避免提供不必要的敏感資料。
10. 你的權利及選擇
你可直接查看、修改或刪除本機資料。對透過電郵收到的可識別資料，你可能依法享有查閱、更正、刪除、限制、反對及撤回同意等權利。你亦可向丹麥資料保障機構或其他主管機構投訴。對香港相關處理，我們亦旨在遵守《個人資料（私隱）條例》及資料保障原則。
11. 兒童及第三方連結
網站面向一般使用者，不特別針對兒童。未達可獨立同意年齡者應由家長或監護人協助。第三方網站、電郵應用程式及瀏覽器擴充功能受其自身政策規管。
12. 更新及聯絡
我們可因功能、供應商或法律要求改變而更新政策，重大變更會透過修訂日期或適當通知反映。

1. Controller and scope
Cloud Staking Quiz Studio is operated by Cloud Staking ApS, CVR 41405244. This policy applies to the website, quizzes, downloadable result cards, local profiles, quiz history and contact functions. The service is available in English and Traditional Chinese and is designed for an international audience, including users in Hong Kong.
The current build works mainly inside your browser. The site code does not automatically upload your profile, answers or quiz history to our servers.
2. Information entered on your device
You may enter a display name, optional email address, quiz answers and contact-form details. Quiz records can include the quiz identifier, result type, response distribution and completion date. Language and interface choices may also be stored.
3. Local profiles, answers and history
Profiles, quiz answers and recent history are stored in localStorage in the current browser. They are not cloud accounts and have no password reset, server backup or cross-device sync. You can delete them through the profile page or browser site-data controls.
4. Contact form and email
The contact form prepares a message in your default email application. Nothing is sent until you confirm sending there. Up to five drafts may be stored locally. Once you email us, sender details, content, attachments and delivery metadata are processed to answer the enquiry and maintain appropriate records.
5. Technical and hosting data
A live hosting or security provider may record IP address, browser and device information, page requests, timestamps, response status and error or security logs. These records support delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and reliability.
6. Purposes and legal bases
Information is handled to provide requested functions, remember essential settings, respond to messages, maintain security, prevent misuse, comply with law and manage legal claims. Depending on the context, processing may rely on a requested service, consent, legitimate interests or legal obligations.
7. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal data. Hosting, email, security and professional-service providers may process limited information where needed. Because the operator is in Denmark, information you actively send may be processed in Denmark, the European Economic Area or other provider locations, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Retention
- Local profile and history remain until you delete them or clear browser data.
- History is limited to 24 entries and contact drafts to 5.
- Emails are normally kept until an enquiry is resolved and afterwards only as reasonably needed for records, disputes or legal duties.
- Technical logs are retained for a proportionate security and operational period.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the site. No method is completely secure. Protect your device, browser and email account, and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
10. Your rights and choices
You can view, edit or erase local information directly on your device. For identifiable information received by email, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent, depending on applicable law and exceptions. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency or another competent authority. For Hong Kong-related handling, we also aim to follow the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and its Data Protection Principles.
11. Children and third-party links
The site is for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. Users below the age for independent consent should use it with a parent or guardian. Third-party websites, email applications and browser extensions follow their own policies.
12. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy when features, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by the revision date or another appropriate notice.
