Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the Cloud Staking website, quizzes, result cards, local profile and contact features.

1. Operator and acceptance

Cloud Staking Quiz Studio is operated by Cloud Staking ApS, CVR 41405244. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. Nature of the service

Cloud Staking Quiz Studio provides short quizzes for general entertainment and self-reflection. They do not measure intelligence, mental health, professional competence, employment suitability or future performance.

Results are not psychological, medical, educational, financial, legal, recruitment or other professional assessments and should not be the sole basis for an important decision.

3. Eligibility and local profile status

You must have the capacity required by local law. Minors should use the site with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. A local profile is only a browser feature, not a verified membership account or promise of ongoing service.

4. Data preservation

Local profiles have no password reset, server backup or cross-device sync. Clearing site data, private browsing, browser changes or device failure may permanently remove records, and we will normally be unable to restore them.

5. Acceptable use

You must not disrupt security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or mass-copy the site, impose unreasonable load, distribute malware or spam, impersonate others, infringe rights, or present results misleadingly as professional certification or diagnosis.

6. Quiz results and downloads

Results are generated from choices in a particular session using predefined rules. Percentages and “pattern clarity” are relative interface presentations, not scientific validation or rankings against other users. You may download your own result card for personal, non-commercial sharing without falsifying it or implying endorsement.

7. Intellectual property

Original design, code, text, quiz structures, result descriptions, graphics and marks are owned by the operator or licensors. No right is granted to republish, sell, license, reverse engineer or create a confusing derivative service except where expressly permitted.

8. Contact messages

You are responsible for content sent by email or through the form and must not provide information you have no right to share. You keep your rights in that content but permit us to handle it as needed to answer, support, maintain security and records, and comply with law.

9. Third-party services

The site may rely on browsers, operating systems, email applications and hosting providers and may link to third parties. We do not control their availability, content, security or policies.

10. Availability and changes

We may update questions, results, design, features or policies and may suspend or discontinue any part of the site. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation, compatibility with every device or permanent availability of a feature.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. The operator is not liable for reliance on results, loss of local data, device or email issues, third-party services, interruption, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights.

12. Governing law and contact

Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by Danish law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Non-waivable rights in Hong Kong or another location remain unaffected.
